General
These terms & conditions are only applied to CLS Passion Draw. This should be treated as preliminary agreement between the company, CLS KITCHEN CABINET SDN BHD and under named customer. The following terms & conditions are not wholly and exclusively, the company reserves the right to amend any clauses from time to time at the sole discretion of the company management.

1. Requirement
- Participant must at least 18 years old and above.
- Applicable to all customers who has purchased CLS KITCHEN CABINET SDN BHD's product.
- Participant must make minimum purchase of RM4, 000.00 of "CLS Products".
- Participant can only draw once in each category.
- Participant can only have ONE confirmation order number (CO).
- Participant must make FULL PAYMENT on or before 3rd February 2013. Once the full payment has been made, our company will NOT entertain any REFUND or EXCHANGE IN PRODUCTS from customer.

2. Period
- Promotion period only VALID after FULL PAYMENT received within 1st May 2012 until 3rd February 2013.
- The draw shall be held on 3rd February 2013.
- Time:
10.00am – 12.00pm : Registration & Voucher Redemption
13.00pm – 15.00pm : Lucky Draw

3. Voucher Redemption
- Lucky draw will be held at Wisma CLS, Lot 7987, Jalan Sg Buloh, Bukit Cherakah, Seksyen U6, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
- Bring along the original NRIC together with the Qualification Letter for verification purposes.
- Eligible participant MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON during conduction of lucky draw.
- Redeem the voucher at the counter according to the branches you dealt with.
- Qualification will be void if the qualification letter do not have company's chop.
